Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet and cook onion and sweet pepper for 3 to 4 minutes to soften.
Step 2
Add ground meat and cook until no longer pinkish.
Step 3
Stir in taco seasoning. Add water as needed and cook until completely evaporated. Set aside.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 5
Place taco shells upside down on a baking sheet. Heat in oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Fill taco shells with meat mixture.
Step 7
Set toppings out on table and let guests help themselves.
