Ingredients

- fresh dill

- 1/3 cup
- mayonnaise
- 75 mL
- Lemon juice (to taste)
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Step 1
- In a bowl, add the shrimp, strawberries, green onion, dill, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
- Toss gently to coat well.
- Step 3
- Serve over a bed of spinach.
