Ingredients

pork tenderloin, cut into cubes

apples, cut into 8 quarters

thick slices of bacon, cut into cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mustard glaze
1/4 cup
old-fashioned mustard
60 ml
3 tbsp.
maple syrup
45 ml
1 tbsp.
fresh rosemary, chopped
15 ml

garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Step 1
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the glaze. Marinate the cubes of pork for at least one hour, or overnight.
Step 2
Preheat the BBQ to 200°C (400°F).
Step 3
Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Assemble the skewers by alternating pork cubes, apple pieces, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Grill on the BBQ five to six minutes each side, until slightly pink in colour.
