Ingredients
- Papillotes
- 1 ½ lb
- baby potatoes, cut in half

Preparation
- Step 1
- For the papillotes, preheat the BBQ to high heat.
- Step 2
- Divide the ingredients onto four sheets of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with thyme then close the papillotes.
- Step 3
- Lower heat to medium and place the papillotes on the grill. Close the BBQ lid and cook for about 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the bacon crispy.
- Step 4
- Remove the papillotes from the grill and open them. Top with sour cream and chives.
