Preparation
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut 12 slices of walnut bread and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Set aside.
- Step 2
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Season to taste.
- Step 3
- Spread mushroom mixture on bread slices. Top each with a slice of OKA and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Step 4
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve hot or at room temperature.
