Preparation
Step 1
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
Cut bananas widthwise in two equal halves. Insert stick or straw into cut end of each banana.
Step 3
Pour melted chocolate into a shallow bowl or plate.
Step 4
Dip bananas and strawberries in melted chocolate.
Step 5
Place fruit on a wax paper–lined serving plate.
Step 6
Use mini chocolate chips to make eyes and a mouth on each fruit ghost.
Step 7
Refrigerate 1 hour so chocolate hardens. Serve.
