Seasoned cream

cheese curds, crumbled

cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Cook the corn on the cob about 15 minutes, turning them regularly, until golden and tender.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the seasoned cream.
Step 3
Transfer the grilled corn cobs to a serving plate and allow to cool.
Step 4
Spread the seasoned cream over the grilled corn. Sprinkle chili powder, cheese, and cilantro over top.
