Ingredients
- Nordic shrimp patties
- 1 lb
- Nordic shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 450 g.
- 2 tbsp.
- Dijon mustard
- 30 ml

- shallot, finely chopped

- big egg, whisked (or two small eggs)
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 125 ml
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dill sauce
- 1/2 cup
- plain Greek yogurt
- 125 ml
- 1
- garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp.
- fresh dill, finely chopped
- 45 ml
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp.
- olive oil
- 15 ml
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

- Patties
Preheat oven to 425°F (225°C). Combine all the ingredients and season. Form patties with about 75 ml (1/3 cup) of the mixture.
Place in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes, turning the patties halfway through until golden brown.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve with the patties.
