Description
Nothing says summer like seafood rolls! Whether with shrimp, lobster, or crab, they’re a seasonal tradition. With a good beer and chips, they’re the perfect way to savour sunny, warm days.
Ingredients

- fresh northern shrimp

- stalk celery, finely diced
- 4
- small Gherkin-style pickles, minced
- ½
- red apple, finely diced
- 3 tbsp
- mayonnaise
- 45 ml
- Zest of 1 washed lemon
- 1 tbsp
- tarragon, coarsely chopped
- 15 ml
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- hot dog buns, buttered and toasted

- Boston lettuce leaves
Preparation
- Step 1
- On a paper towel, blot shrimp. Place in a bowl and mix with celery, pickles, apple, mayonnaise, tarragon, and lemon zest. Season to taste and set aside. Place a lettuce leaf in each hot dog bun and top generously with shrimp mixture. Serve with chips.
