Ingredients

- rolled oats (regular or quick cooking)
- 80 ml
- 2/3 cup
- milk or plant-based beverage
- 160 ml
- 2 tbsp.
- peanut or almond butter
- 30 ml
- 1 tbsp.
- almonds, coarsely chopped
- 15 ml
- 1 tbsp.
- maple syrup (or more, to taste)
- 15 ml
- 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon
- 2 ml
- 1/2 tsp.
- vanilla
- 2 ml

- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Step 1
- In a bowl or Mason jar, mix all the oatmeal ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 2
- Top with a scoop of Greek yogurt and some berries, and enjoy!
