Ingredients

1/3 cup
rolled oats (regular or quick cooking)
80 ml
2/3 cup
milk or plant-based beverage
160 ml
2 tbsp.
peanut or almond butter
30 ml
1 tbsp.
almonds, coarsely chopped
15 ml
1 tbsp.
maple syrup (or more, to taste)
15 ml
1/2 tsp.
cinnamon
2 ml
1/2 tsp.
vanilla
2 ml

pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1
In a bowl or Mason jar, mix all the oatmeal ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Top with a scoop of Greek yogurt and some berries, and enjoy!

Variation

Plain Greek yogurt, to taste
Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.), to taste
