potatoes, thinly sliced

zucchini, sliced

small onion, thinly sliced
2
sprigs of fresh rosemary, stripped

bacon slices, chopped

35% cream
500 ml
1/2 cup
feta, crumbled
125 ml
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In an oven-safe pan or standard pie dish, arrange the potato slices in one layer, taking care to overlap them.
Step 3
Cover with the onions, zucchini, bacon, and rosemary. Drizzle with cream and season with salt and pepper. Top with feta cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and top is golden.

Variation

Note: The gratin can be kept for up to three months in the freezer.
