Ingredients

Preparation
- Step 1
- Sterilize a 1 liter Mason jar and lid.
- Step 2
- In a saucepan, bring the maple syrup, vinegar, water and salt to a boil and let cool.
- Step 3
- Fill the pot with the vegetables. Pour the warm liquid over the vegetables, stir in the dill and put the lid on, taking care to leave about 1 cm (1/2 inch) of space for air.
- Step 4
- Proceed with the desired conservation technique. Please note that unsterilized jars must absolutely be kept in the refrigerator.

- You can mix several vegetables together or separate them into different pots. It is also possible to multiply the recipe depending on the quantity of vegetables you have. The objective is to cover the vegetables with the liquid and add aromatics to taste.
