Preparation
- Step 1
- In a bowl, combine honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sambal oelek, garlic and ginger.
- Step 2
- Place beef in slow cooker and pour in half the sauce, evenly coating meat. Turn beef and pour in remaining sauce.
- Step 3
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Step 4
- When serving, garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Serve with Asian noodles and green beans.
