linguine, cooked al dente

small onion, finely chopped

garlic cloves, finely chopped

(19 oz) Italian tomatoes

plain tuna, drained

capers

1/4 cup
black olives, coarsely chopped

parsley, chopped
60 ml
Chili flakes, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings, to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the oil and sweat the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and mash to break up. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Add linguine and toss well to coat. Divide among plates and garnish with Parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
